Project Summary
SPNA completed the acquisition of the property in December 2016. As several value-add case studies demonstrate that renovating units and amenities to modern standards can push rents, SPNA will be implementing several value-add renovations to the 133 one-bedroom, one-bath units and amenities.
2625 North Clark—now renamed “The Kent”—is just three miles north of Chicago’s central business district.
