Cedar Lakes Apartments is a 420 unit complex located in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. The complex was purchased from L3C and is professionally managed by Village Green.
The property is located in wealthy suburban St. Charles County and is in the midst of an interior unit renovation which SPNA will complete over the next 18 months.
Cedar Lakes Apartments is poised for continued rental growth over the next few years consistent with the growth over the past few years. General Motors continues its aggressive expansion in the area, further driving the demand for housing.
